Good Morning!

It sure has been a while since I have posted a video. Before pressing play. Relax. I mean it. Stop for a moment, close your eyes and take a slow deep breath through your nose and feel the air. Then, while still closing your eyes, slowly exhale through your mouth.

Repeat the previous process until you feel more relaxed. Do it, you won’t lose a thing, besides all the stress you’re in :)

    I am so0 the wrong person to answer this question but what the hell I’ll give it a shot. I think you can hold your anger back while your angry till you finish a conversation or get out of a sticky situation but never be calm and collected while angry because if your were calm then why would you be angry in the first place?

    btw thanx for the clip it actually calmed me down and I was beyond angry .. right post at the right time.. thanx mate.

    Great pictures, relaxing music but it can be indeed a bit “to slow” if u need a kick to start ur day ;)
    im sure it’s great at the end of the day or when u are too nervous or pissed off!
    I think it’s possible to stay calm and composed when u r angry but only when u know how to channel ur energy. It’s not like u force yourself to stay calm whereas anger is boiling inside you. It’s more about transforming anger into another emotion. Not easy i believe… i wish i could do that :D

    Yes it is possible but emphasis on composed more than calm because deep inside you’re not very calm .

    As for the question, yes. I choose to be calm when I’m furious, and it seems like the best thing to do. I’d rather calm down and think than scream and regret later on.

    I actually went with you advice and did what you said (although, I listened to another relaxing melody I had in my iTunes). And I did feel relieved.

    And my short answer to your question is No. Cuz you would have to be a robot to feel that composed.

    it’s all about maintaining a fixed posture.. u shud try it sum time.. its makes ur aggravation much easier to control.. looking stable and having serene facial expressions.

    There are different ways to be angry isn’t there? So why can’t “calmness” be an attribute of one of them. I’m not talking about the person who is boiling inside and calm on the outside, but rather calm on the inside and still really ticked off. I suppose it could work.

    Yeah, it can be, depending in the mood you’d like to set. I usually always like to set a calmer type of mood :P True, I think energy has a lot to do with being able to do that.

    Exactly, Japanese does it for me at least ;p Hmm, but is it possible to be still calm on the inside? I believe you can be, like what Sarah said, it depends on how you channel that energy.

    I totally believe you can both calm and angry! Really. It happened to me several times. I’d be totally calm mind and soul and smiling but somewhat pr very pissed off about something. It actually makes me laugh every time those two mix together! Such a weird combination. Thank god for meditation! lol.

    Many people are angry for many many years yet they are unaware of it. The anger can lead to problems, this is why it is important that bottled emotions such as anger are dealt with
