Climbing to the top
We did it. Yes, we got to the top, and fell back down cheering and laughing. Last weekend we decided to go climbing and when we got there, we felt a little disappointed. Why? Because most of the climbers were kids, much younger than us. This is when I thought, "It is either now, or never!" Seize the opportunity, we had come here to climb, and we aren’t leaving without climbing!
There we stood, as the cool air brushed our faces, looking up at the peak. There is no obstacle any man cannot tackle! There is no wall that will stand in our way! We shall climb, and climb we shall! — to victory!
It was funny seeing the people in Maki looking over at us, we smiled but we couldn’t wave (sorry, our hands were occupied). I wanted to take a picture, but, that didn’t work either. It was honestly the best fun I have had…
…in a VERY long time.

Apply Yourself, Be Creative
Unleash your mind.
Envision your future.
I am sure that there is a large portion of the population who are extremely creative and imaginative in the country. We also know that recognition of creativity is limited. The actual places and activities related to creativity are somewhat limited.
Creativity as I see is not only in the fields of music and art, but also all types of sciences, from physics to social sciences, from medicine to English literature. There is also photography, video capture, video editing, video directing, acting, writing. I’d also like to mention pottery, arts and crafts, and sculpting. I’d like for you to share if there is something you currently do, or would do to apply yourself.
How do/would you apply yourself? As a creative, imaginative, innovative person, how do/would you go about demonstrating your abilities?
Do you do something locally, for example play in a local band, have a small gallery, present your work to a local community?
Or maybe you prefer to be recognized in a global scale. Do you publish your work on the Internet? Are you a member of an international organization? Do you submit your work for international review?
If you haven’t gone recently I recommend that you GO!
If you haven’t swam in the sea recently I recommend that you DO!
Nothing can beat an awesome swim in this beautiful weather!
My PoweBook laptop died about a month or so ago. I was a little pessimistic when I figured out the hard drive was the problem. I tried a lot of hard disk related softwares such as Drive Genius and Data Rescue, but soon enough, even the hard drive stopped being detected. There was no option but to have it changed.
After pondering for a few days, I saved myself the trouble and pain and visited iFixIt. I already had a laptop drive acting as an external. I cleared off the files and went ahead to replacing the drive myself!
I did have a problem with a stuck screw next to the hard drive. That is when I learned about a Screw Extractor. I don’t know the Arabic translation or name of the tool, but I went down to Ace and got me one.
El7emdellah, my laptop is working great now! I just finished updating it yesterday.
I don’t usually take afternoon naps. Today I had to get quite a few things prepared for the wedding, and boy was I beat! I didn’t imagine it would be this hot either. As soon as I got home, I passed out. Thank God I woke up in time to see Spider-Man 3. Great movie, bad audience. Can’t put it in a much simpler way.
